#SOTG2.0 is the second chapter in the story of a journey. A journey of a thousand steps, that started in the mind of a young man. Born in Zimbabwe, and raised to believe one thing, only to go out into the world and learn a million more.
That young man’s name is Tehn Diamond aka The Student of the Game, with the game of course being life.
The second offering from this talented young emcee and singer/songwriter, sees Tehn letting loose and showing off the fun side of the beautiful struggle. Having tasted success on a smaller scale performing at top hip-hop clubs in South East Asia, the artists invites you to the party with all its ups and downs.
The project was written and recorded in his hometown of Harare, gives a boyish glimpse into the world “out there” through the eyes of a boy’s boy . . . not yet ready to become a man.
Released in October 2010, the stories showcased in this latest offering show off Tehn’s lyrical dexterity as well as his smooth vocals, against a backdrop of both hard hitting hip-hop favorites and radio friendly potential hits.
Just how much the BOYS WILL BOYS attitude to life will reward the young musician with, remains to be seen on his much anticipated third project slated for a late 2011 release THE PURSUIT OF AMAZING aka #SOTG3.0

Student Of The Game 1: Higher Learning by TehNDiamond
#SOTG1.0 is the first chapter in the story of a journey. A journey of a thousand steps, that started in the mind of a young man. Born in Zimbabwe, and raised to believe one thing, only to go out into the world and learn a million more.
That young man’s name is Tehn Diamond aka The Student of the Game, with the game of course being life.
This debut offering from this talented young emcee and singer/songwriter, paints a picture of what it feels like to have a dream and finally find the courage to sing of it from the tree tops.
The project was written and recorded in Brisbane (AUS), whilst Tehn was studying a finance degree that he would later turn his back on to pursue his heart…music.
Released in November 2008, a month before returning back home to his native Zimbabwe, the stories told on this release teach one thing ultimately….that it in a world where so many of us are afraid to live beyond the limits set by others, great things can happen inside each of us if we choose instead to fly.
Just how far and how high this HIGHER LEARNING took Tehn Diamond, is a story waiting to be told, in the soon to be released and much anticipated 2010 Student of the Game 2 – BOYS WILL BE BOYS aka #SOTG2.0
