The Daily Dose: The Puppet Master
Needless to say, I was devastated yesterday. I don’t think I’ve cried like that in ages. To the point that my chest hurt. But then something awesome happened, I asked for a sign and he sent me one. I’m the most religious person out but I’m hella spiritual. And I believe in the good and bad omens of this world. And I got my omen. I didn’t know what to do and I kept asking and the universe answered.
Nothing changes, only the intensity. Keep shining was the message I heard. See cos’ me and my brother had a plan and this year was it. So I keep keepin’ with a big ass grin on my face like he woulda expected.
I honestly don’t feel like he’s gone though, since hearing the news of his passing, I didn’t sleep for a good 24hours. Between finding out and finally sleeping, I received my sign from him and I just went on a writing spree. He loved my music and pushed like nobody else. So now its like he’s up in the sky pull the strings of my mind and filling it with the kinda inspiration I know he always had for life.
So I’m not unhappy, I’m very happy. Life is short, but love is forever.
